Great: location, parking, eateries w/in walking distance (steak house). Front desk cordial and attentive, asking what floor did I prefer and offering a binder w/ nearby restaurants listed. Overall, felt private and safe.

Rooms are older and a bit dated. It definitely needs a remodel. That bring said, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. I would stay here again

I'm deeply dissatisfied with how the hotel managed our reservation. We had pre-paid for a three-night stay but missed the first night due to a canceled flight. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us they had canceled our reservation, offered a more expensive room, and didn't refund any of our prepaid amount. We contacted the third-party vendor for assistance, but they couldn't secure a refund from the manager. It's baffling that the hotel didn't make any effort to refund any part of the prepaid reservation when they resold the room. We did book another room at the higher rate for the remainder of our stay. Additionally, the room quality was subpar, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. While the staff was initially friendly, the overall experience was disappointing.

The carpeting in our room was badly stained in multiple places, making it "feel" unclean.

This hotels needs to be completely remodeled from top to bottom. See attached pictures. The first room we were in the carpet so dirty we asked to be moved to another room. Not much of an improvement. This room had the window shade ripped wide open, cracking paint in the bathroom, carpet torn up going into the bathroom, all carpet we encountered was filthy Liquid on the elevator floor, top vent on AC very nasty looking, carpet in the hall very stained. Dirty mop bucket and mop sitting in the lobby entry way not in use. I would be sad to have this hotel in the Marriott family of hotels. William & Lynne Smith Room 316 then 314

Omelet was cold warmers were missing hinges. Flood lights were shining in our room all night. Carpets were dirty upholstery was stained bathroom faucet handle was loose. Only coffee for one cup

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Price is right. Breakfast wasn't too good in my opinion. I've stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years and it's like the budget was cut on breakfast. But the staff is kind and the rooms are nice. I had a Luke warm shower both days....there wasn't any hot water either morning. The traffic can be a little loud, but it's a budget motel so all in all it was okay

Bad check in experience. On a work trip and my company booked the trip with company credit card. After providing confirmation code to the desk clerk was told that my room would not be available unless the individual that booked the room would be present. I then proceeded to tell them I would pay with my credit card and needed the room they told me the room wasn't available due to an inventory issue? Room I was able to get is fairly rough for $210 a night. Would suggest looking at other hotels in the area. 🤷🏻‍♂️
